My name is Janet Hall - I am an experienced mortgage and insurance adviser with over 9 years experience for most of which I have been specialising in assisting Police Officers and police civilian staff throughout the UK.

I have been advising police officers and their families on their mortgage and insurance arrangements since 2004 when I joined, the no longer operational, policemortgages.co.uk (Hatch Associates).

I now have my own operation which I set up, based in Wallingford - South Oxfordshire, in December 2008, just as the dreaded ‘credit crunch’ started to bite - and despite the rather ‘poor timing’ we have continued to flourish and maintain a growing list of police officer and police support staff clients across the whole country.

Unlike many other ‘police specialist’ sites we are not just an introducer facility claiming a specialist relationship with police forces and their personnel and passing you through to one of their many advisers in the firm(s) they are introducing to - in our case you speak to, and will be looked after by, me personally.

I am fully conversant with the issues of specific benefits, allowances, special priority payments, pensions (and commutation) and fluctuating overtime affecting ‘the job’ and how these affect your financial considerations - together with an appreciation of the disruptive nature of police work and shift working, in addition to the pressures that come with it.

We are therefore set-up to deal with enquiries and applications ‘over the phone’ while you are ‘on the move’ and/or electronically and continue to invest in the technology to make the processing as fast and efficient as possible while still maintaining the ‘personal touch’ - we are not a mortgage processing factory.
